Recipe of fluffy Banana cake

Some of us are really fond of cakes. So is one of our chef who has shared their delicious banana cake recipe with us. Why not TRY YOUR HANDS AT THIS YUMMY CAKE !!!! , when it takes only minutes of effort 🙂 🙂 . This recipe yields a very soft and flavorful banana cake with mashed banana inside and sliced toppings on top.

So go grab an oven (in case you don’t have it) and some readily available ingredients and this cake will be ready to elate your taste and appetite in just 25 -30 minutes.

Ingredients for Banana Cake Recipe

1 1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup  butter, room temperature
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup fresh cream
3 large eggs
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour (Maida)
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup mashed fully ripe bananas

Procedure

  1. Grease a round cake pan and preheat oven to 350°F (176°C)
  2. Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, for about 3-4 minutes. Remember to cream the butter for the full 3-4 minutes.
  3.  Add vanilla extract and cream. Mix  it well.
  4.  Add eggs to mixture and mix well until it appears smooth.
  5. Combine dry ingredients in another bowl. Add to the batter, and mix.
  6.  Add the mashed bananas and mix until well combined.
  7.  Pour batter evenly in the cake pan and sliced banana pieces to the top to have more flavor.9. Bake 24-26 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few crumbs.
  8.  Remove the cake from oven, be sure to not burn your hands. 😉 Remove it swiftly starting with edges.
  9. Enjoy the cake, share it with your loved ones.

Note: you may add some chocolate chips for a fusion of flavors. Also icing can be done as per your taste otherwise this simple sponge cake also does wonders.
